Program Coordinator

Join a growing and dynamic team committed to developing wise and compassionate leaders worldwide. The Program Coordinator will be an integral player in growing our teacher training certification program – SIYLI Expand.

Program Coordination and Management

  • Works closely with the Director of Expand providing administrative support
  • Manage Expand project, task, timeline and materials creation
  • Project management utilizing project management tool (Asana)
  • Manage Expand CRM database for participants, event registration and communication
  • Manage Expand intranet document database (through Google docs)
  • Coordinate all communications with Expand participants, mentors, and staff
  • Manage event coordination for each in-person Expand session
  • Coordinate flow process for Expand application, registration and admission
  • Coordinate hosting details with external hosts or hotels/retreat centers including contract, registration, and needs from A/V to meals and lodging
  • Coordinate the Expand certification and assessment process
  • Coordinate updating the teacher training community website with support materials
  • Assist in the design and implementation of teacher licensing process and ongoing business development and marketing teacher support network
  • Assist in the design and implementation of teacher tracking and evaluation process
  • Track and participate in Expand strategy and development meetings
  • Develop and manage contracts and statements of work for Expand speakers, mentors, and other contractors
  • Schedule internal/external meetings
  • Support Expand marketing and branding

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent customer service
  • Experience in program coordination and management
  • Experience working and thriving in a fast-paced office environment
  • Passion and practice in relation to mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and world peace
  • Excellent organizational skills, computer skills and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excels in organizational effectiveness best practices
  • Demonstrated skill and resilience in working with staff groups and major projects or initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative leadership style
  • Upbeat, energetic, “what needs to be done?” attitude
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards
  • Excels at operating in a quickly changing and growing environment – clear, resilient, flexible
